📍 Located in scenic Coarsegold, California—just a 15-minute drive to Chukchansi Casino Resort, 45 minutes to the Yosemite South entrance, and 30 minutes to Bass Lake —this peaceful retreat offers panoramic views of the natural landscape, plus the convenience of nearby downtown Oakhurst for grocery shopping and dining.

🐾 The entire backyard is fully fenced, making it a great space for your pups to run and play! We kindly ask that you pick up after your dogs and ensure they are registered on your reservation. Please also do not leave pets unattended inside the home—thank you for helping us keep the space clean and pet-friendly!

Other things to note
🔥 Wood Burning: Wood burning is not generally permitted in the area due to the nature of wildfires in the mountains. You can enjoy the outdoor propane firepit 🔥 year-round though! Please let us know if you would like to use the wood burning stove (approved days with the County Fire Department required).

🏞️ Pests: This property is nestled in the stunning Sierra Nevada Mountain Range, offering a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature 🌲✨. While the setting is part of the charm, it also means you might occasionally come across some of nature’s residents—like 🐜 ants, 🕷️ spiders, other insects, or cobwebs 🕸️. We take proactive steps, including regular professional pest control 🧹, to keep these to a minimum. Still, being in the mountains, some may occasionally find their way inside.
